Please ensure that if you are submitting a film that contains copyrighted material by anyone other than yourself, that you've obtained festival clearance for that material used. By entering your work, you agree to this and the responsibilities involved.

Research will be conducted to assess eligibility.

Festival exhibition is by video projection only.

Films screened at the festival should be presented in English. For all dialogues presented in other languages the festival will accept subtitling and/or dubbing in English. Music videos may contain lyrics in other languages without translation.

All entrants will be notified by September 24, 2010. If your work is accepted into the festival, you agree to allow Virgins & Rejects to use the film (including images, sound and clips) within our promotions and screenings; and you allow Virgins & Rejects to provide your film to press in promotion of your film and the festival.

All films selected for the festival are automatically entered into competition for a variety of honors and prizes awarded by the festival organizers and audience.

The individual or corporation submitting the film hereby warrants that it is authorized to commit the film for screening and understands and accepts these requirements and regulations. Furthermore, you indemnify and hold harmless Virgins & Rejects from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees, and costs of the court) which may be incurred by reason of any claim involving copyright, trademark, credits, publicity, screening, and loss of or damage to the screening videos entered.
